Job Summary: We're hiring a Retirement Counselor to join our team. In this role, you'll assist with resident onboarding and generate leads for our community.

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve maximum occupancy levels and meet monthly benchmarks.
  2. Follow up with leads and develop new resources using CRM software.
  3. Present community benefits effectively.
  4. Understand customer needs and wants.
  5. Conduct morning rounds to ensure facilities are tour ready.
  6. Follow up on all leads, tours, reservations, and inquiries.
  7. Assist with administrative tasks.
  8. Attend community events.
  9. Write press releases.
  10. Maintain liaison with families and residents.
  11. Resolve resident complaints and grievances.
  12. Assist in the front office.
  13. Attend monthly family Potlucks.
  14. Obtain complete and accurate information to facilitate the admissions process.
Qualifications:
  1. Presents a professional image to prospects through dress, behavior, and speech.
  2. Experience working with older adults is preferred.
  3. Completion of at least 60 college or continuing education units is required.
  4. Current training in first aid and CPR is preferred.
  5. Need to have the flexibility to relocate and travel as needed for the position.
  6. Execute Strategic Marketing Plan
  7. Utilize CRM software to manage all contacts.
  8. Compassionate and uplifting spirit that is passionate about working with the senior population.
Special Skills Needed:
  1. Personal characteristics, physical energy, and competence to work effectively with families seeking non-medical care.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Customer service and time management skills.
Physical Requirements:
  1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  2. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
