Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annuallyÂ

About the Role
Beach Front Property Management is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and ready to support leadership while keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in supporting executives, coordinating communication, and ensuring day-to-day administrative functions are handled with precision.
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and schedulingÂ
- Prepare meeting agendas and materialsÂ
- Coordinate communication with internal teams and external partnersÂ
- Support company events, meetings, and logisticsÂ
- Handle confidential information with professionalismÂ
- Track expenses and assist with reimbursementsÂ
- Provide general administrative support to leadership
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of administrative experienceÂ
- Strong organization and time management skillsÂ
- Clear communication (written & verbal)Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Â
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Professionalism and discretion with sensitive informationÂ
Nice to Have:
- Experience in property management or real estateÂ
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)Â
