As a women’s retail clothing company, we don’t just design beautiful apparel; we create opportunities for women to express themselves, build community, and thrive both personally and professionally. Our culture is collaborative, entrepreneurial, and deeply people-first, where every team member plays a role in shaping meaningful experiences for our Stylists and clients. The Senior Graphic Designer is a key creative partner within cabi's Creative team, responsible for translating brand and campaign strategy into polished, on-brand design systems and assets across digital, social, print, and site experiences. This role owns cabi's Figma design systems and templates, upholds brand and typographic standards across the team's output, and partners closely with the Art Director to bring seasonal concepts to life with a high level of craft and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-quality creative assets across email, site, social, print, and campaign materials, working from creative briefs and brand direction set by the Art Director.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve cabi's Figma design systems and templates (ads, email, site) to keep design production efficient, consistent, and scalable across the team.
  • Own and maintain cabi's brand guidelines, ensuring typography, color, layout, and imagery standards are applied consistently across all creative output.
  • Partner directly with the Art Director to translate seasonal concepts and photoshoot selects into finished, channel-ready design executions.
  • Provide creative and technical guidance to other designers on the team, reviewing work for brand consistency and craft before it ships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Copy, Social, Production, and Marketing to ensure design supports the broader campaign and content strategy.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet campaign and content calendar deadlines.
  • Stay current on design trends, typography, and platform best practices, bringing fresh thinking to cabi's visual execution.
  • Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 5-8 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment. Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems work, template/UI design, and cross-channel creative execution. Deep understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency at scale. Proven ability to work independently from a creative brief with minimal oversight, and to guide or mentor junior designers. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Joining Cabi means more than stepping into a role, it’s stepping into a mission. We’re passionate about lifting women up, supporting growth, and celebrating individuality in everything we do. As you explore this opportunity, imagine the impact you could make as part of a company that values innovation, authenticity, and connection at every level.
