Summary

We are looking for a Forklift Operator for our Long Beach facility. This is a full-time, fully on-site union position, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, with possible overtime.

Job description

• Ability to operate a forklift to load and unload items
• Ability to work in a team environment, listen to directions, and execute instructions
• Ability to remove cable from electrical utility wheels with help of semi-automated de-reeling machine
• Ability to count and fill out check list for inventory purposes
• Sweeping area to keep clean and free of clutter or debris
• Working safely and adhering to company safety procedures
• Ability to continuously stand or walk.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.68 per hour
