As a Process Integration Engineer (Process focus), you will bring extensive expertise to lead process develop and optimization projects and provide marketing information / advanced technical solutions in collaboration with BU R&D and technology development teams. This role will influence both customer satisfaction and internal technology advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize the integration of product processes, ensuring compatibility and performance across process modules and hardware systems;
  • Collaborate with Global BU/SU teams to drive new product introduction and enhance the stability of mass production for both process and hardware;
  • Support full product lifecycle management, including process integration, mass production support, continuous improvement, and end-of-life technical optimization;
  • Lead and conduct DOE experiments, data analysis, and troubleshooting for process and hardware-related issues, ensuring timely project delivery;
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitor trends in process and hardware technologies, providing recommendations for improvement;
  • Prepare technical documentation, process specifications, and reports; participate in technical exchanges and customer support;
  • Communicate closely with global BU/SU teams and local customers to ensure product and process/hardware solutions meet customer requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment / process integration, with solid knowledge of mainstream process modules (ALD / CVD preferred) and related hardware systems; Solid knowledge of advanced logic/memory device integration is a plus.
  • Experience in new processes and/or equipment development and optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project execution skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English (Korea is a plus), able to read technical documents.
  • Experience in customer technical support or project management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally.
