Position Overview:
As the Digital Product Manager for M365 and AI productivity solutions, you will lead how Polaris utilizes Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and the broader M365 platform to boost organizational efficiency. You will develop the vision and roadmap for low-code/no-code solutions that enable teams to incorporate AI into daily workflows. You will work closely with business leaders, Microsoft, and product teams to turn enterprise needs into practical, secure, scalable solutions. In this role, you will influence how emerging productivity technologies are adopted organization-wide, providing a significant opportunity to drive enterprise impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the long-term vision and roadmap for enterprise M365 and AI-driven productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and Microsoft’s evolving capabilities.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate digital product needs into actionable plans and drive execution across teams.
  • Lead a cross-functional team responsible for development, training, communication, and change management supporting M365 and Copilot adoption.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft to stay informed on feature releases, roadmap changes, and best practices, turning insights into internal enablement strategies.
  • Design and deploy Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, and Power Platform solutions to meet business needs and accelerate workforce productivity.
  • Establish governance guardrails for AI agents, low-code development, data retention, and enterprise usage standards.
  • Partner with Legal, D&IT, and Security to implement responsible AI practices and ensure compliance with data governance requirements.
  • Manage and communicate product roadmaps, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adapting plans based on business priorities.
  • Monitor KPIs for adoption, productivity gains, and ROI, adjusting strategies based on usage trends and performance data.
  • Oversee product budgets for Copilot and related AI initiatives, forecasting and optimizing spend to support organizational priorities.
  • Support M&A-related data and access needs, ensuring appropriate controls for SharePoint, email, and related M365 services.

  • Technical / Functional Expertise: You apply the required technical or professional knowledge to perform your role effectively and stay current within your area of expertise, including M365, Copilot, and low-code/no-code platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with increasing responsibility within IT.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience driving enterprise technology transformation and supporting the adoption of M365 productivity tools.
  • Recent professional experience leading M365 and Copilot adoption in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, and compliance requirements in enterprise settings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full product life cycles, from concept through release and enhancement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience owning budgets and building ROI‑based business cases.
  • Hybrid working model (3 days in the office/2 days WFH). On-site days are scheduled by management and may vary based on business needs.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $126,000 to $166,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.  While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
