Position Summary: Assists in the delivery and merchandising of advanced sold products of pre-ordered product to assigned accounts and for rotating and stocking product. Duties/Responsibilities: Check accuracy and stability of the load Deliver products to customer Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards Invoice and collect monies due Pick up company property Secure company assets Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures Settle all accounts daily Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned  QualificationsEducation/Experience: High-School Diploma/GED No experience necessary – on the job training is performed Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license Familiarity with DOT regulations; must be able to meet all DOT physical requirements Driving record within MVR policy guidelines Required Skills/Abilities: Communication Skills Dexterity Skills Problem Solving Interpersonal Skills Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to be able to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisor Work Environment: Depends upon the customer the employee is serving. May have to climb stairs and work in back rooms. Subject to outside elements and may have to work in heat, cold, rain, and snow. Physical Requirements: Visual and auditory abilities include depth perception and color vision Constantly handling product and bending Frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling and squatting Frequent balancing, climbing, sitting, and reaching Ability to lift/carry <75lbs Ability to push/pull <150lbs Reports to: Distribution Supervisor Job Status: Full-Time FLSA Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt Work Schedule:  7:00 am to shift completion; Average 10 hour days. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday Pay: $18.00 This position will be assisting with deliveries and merchandising the store in between deliveries. This position requires traveling throughout the Long Pine Branch area. Servicing the communities of Long Pine, Atkinson, Springview, Stuart, Bassett, Ainsworth, Valentine, Mission, Rosebud, and Martin.
