About the Role:
Custom Transfer Inc is looking for skilled CDL Drivers — both Company Drivers and Owner Operators — to join our growing team out of Long Prairie, MN. With a competitive rate of 72 cents per mile, this is an outstanding opportunity to hit the road and maximize your earnings with a company that values its drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently over assigned routes
- Transport freight in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and delivery updates
- Ensure proper securement and handling of cargo throughout transit
- Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) records using ELD systems
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and team members
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL license required
- Clean MVR and satisfactory driving record
- Must meet DOT medical certification requirements
- Experience operating tractor-trailers preferred
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service rules
- Owner Operators must carry required insurance and maintain their own equipment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-focused work ethic
