$39.00 - $45.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | Part-Time Monday ā Friday | 7:30AM ā 4:00PM
No Weekends!

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Coordinate daily nursing services and support participant care by collaborating with certified nursing assistants and interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe, high-quality care throughout the day.
- Provide skilled nursing assessments, monitor participants' health status, administer medications and treatments as ordered, follow physician care plans, and practice in accordance with established nursing standards.
- Recognize and promptly report changes in participants' physical or cognitive condition, implement appropriate nursing interventions, and help maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
- Educate and guide nursing assistants and other direct care staff on clinical policies, procedures, infection prevention, and best practices while promoting compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications for Success:
- Current, unencumbered MA Registered Nurse ā RN license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Ability to communicate fluently in English ā both verbally and written
