About Alpine Physical Therapy

Since 1969, Alpine Physical Therapy has been a trusted part of the Longmont community, helping patients move better and recover faster. The team combines decades of experience with modern techniques like blood flow restriction and dry needling, tailoring care to each patient. That commitment has earned Alpine the Times-Call Readers' Choice Award for Best Physical Therapy for 10 years running. At its heart, the clinic's culture is simple: get people moving again, with less pain and more care than they expected.

Compensation Package

This role pays $85,000–$100,600 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide;

  • Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend

  • $12,000 fellowship reimbursement

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • 7 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

  • $10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

  • Relocation assistance available

Benefits

On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:

  • Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium

  • HSA option with employer contributions

  • 401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately

  • Dental and vision insurance

  • Short-term disability and life insurance options

Life in Longmont Colorado

Longmont, Colorado offers small-town charm with big-city access, set against stunning Rocky Mountain views along the Front Range. With a thriving tech and craft beverage economy, walkable historic downtown, top-rated schools, and abundant sunshine, Longmont delivers real quality of life without the price tag of its larger neighbors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:

  • Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities

  • Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention

  • Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress

  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care

  • Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

  • A Colorado license, or eligibility for one

  • New grads welcome. Experience helps, but it’s not required

  • Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease

  • Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line

  • Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

You’ll need to:

  • Lift up to 50 pounds

  • Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly

  • Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises

Equal Opportunity Employer

Alpine Physical Therapy is an equal opportunity employer. We don’t discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status, and we’re committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace.
