Summary:
Will participate in the operations of an out-patient physical therapy clinic including patient care, functional abilities testing (âliftsâ), administration, confidential medical record management and office maintenance/cleaning. Additional duties including but not limited to the following: leading and developing and implementing initiatives to improve patient care, treatment models, and business growth, educate and assist staff in achieving patient care & business metrics, communicate with local businesses regarding company advantages.
100% clincially based position
Salary range was $114K to $118K

Essential Duties:
- Patient care will include evaluations and assessments as per the relevant state Physical Therapy Practice Act, determining a plan of care, supervising ancillary staff, and medical charting.
- Lift/fit testing will include on-site essential job function assessments and the development and supervision of an objective and unbiased test of a personâs ability to safely complete those tasks with proper mechanics.Â
- Administrative responsibilities will include patient and provider scheduling, copying, faxing, typing/computer use, phone work, recruiting and interviewing, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and educating PT staff including therapists, therapist assistants, and PT technicians, and referral management.
- Medical record management will include insuring confidentiality under HIPAA law, insurance authorizations, and filing.
- Planning and evaluation of all PT staff on an annual basis for performance review.
- Working with corporate level leadership on a regular basis for planning and execution of business initiatives.

Communication Requirements:
Must be able to communicate through written instructions and complete routine written logs and reports. Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions, as well as respond to audible stimuli. Sending and receiving type-written communications are required daily. Education and/or Experience Requirements:
- Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current state PT license
- Current CPR documentation
