What You Will DO:

In the position of Cyber/HMI and Network Technician you will enter an exciting career field where you will assist in the engineering of systems that protect and operate power plant controls. The position requires an individual that possesses understanding of visualization software and engineering principles as well as exhibits project management and communication skills. In this role, you will:

What You Will Bring:

  • Build and modify Data racks to integrate Network hardware, controllers, and other equipment as required enhancing lab testing capabilities
  • Understand the precautions when dealing with expensive equipment.
  • Follow safety standards
  • Handle multiple projects / activities.
  • Be accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, customer deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards
  • Ability to read network topology and make changes to schematics and hardware as needed
  • Able to understand specifications of Hardware from spec docs
  • Ability to follow instructions to assemble, setup, configure and test Cyber/HMI/Network hardware.
  • Ability to carry out Customer Witness Test with customer.
  • Support Engineering Services field personnel in technical resolution of field problems
  • Handle multiple projects / activities.
  • Be accountable for on-time schedule performance, project milestones, customer deliverables, and compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Provide assistance with quality assurance on projects.
  • Review and interpret customer specifications.
  • Perform hardware selection of system control components for HMI solutions.
  • Travel both domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time, as required.

Pay Range: $60000 to $80000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. 

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Greenville, SC and is considered hybrid with days required on-site.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 10% of travel is required.

Compensation Type: Competitive wages. Position also qualifies for benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(K), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
