Merchandiser (Full Time)

Company Description

The Full-Time Merchandiser supports strong in-store execution by ensuring Red Bull products are consistently stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated to brand standards across small and/or large format accounts. This role is responsible for servicing all customers in a professional manner while maximizing product visibility and availability at every point of sale. This is a labor-intensive role that involves regularly lifting, loading, pushing, and pulling cases, as well as frequent bending, reaching, and squatting while handling and merchandising products.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

# SALES SUPPORT

• Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.
• Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

• Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.
• Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

#COMMUNICATION

• May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

Qualifications

A valid US Driver’s License

Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience merchandising is a plus

Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary

English; additional languages an advantage

Additional Information

The base salary range for this position is $19.76 to $21.84 / hourly

Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
