Prep- Full-Time

Snarf's Sandwiches, a beloved fast-casual sandwich chain known for its toasty subs, is seeking a dedicated Prep person to join our team. With over 25 years of experience and over 30 locations in Colorado, we are committed to delivering the finest sandwiches to our loyal customers. As a prep person, you will play a crucial role in upholding our high-quality standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assemble ingredients according to Snarf's recipes and guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service in a friendly manner.
- Take accurate orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, including equipment such as deli slicers and conveyer ovens.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients throughout food preparation.
- Demonstrate basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
- Embrace flexibility in scheduling, with availability for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Comfortable with bussing tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing orders accurately.
- Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic cafe setting.
- Prior experience in a grocery store or similar food service environment is beneficial.
