Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – North Denver Suburbs | Flexible Pediatric Home Health

Build a meaningful pediatric therapy career with flexibility, strong earning potential, and real support in the field.

MGA Homecare is hiring Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to support children and families across the Denver metro area. This is not a clinic-based role with rigid productivity expectations. It is a one-on-one home health opportunity where you can build a caseload around your schedule, your preferred service areas, and the type of meaningful pediatric work that made you choose this profession.

Denver continues to be a highly competitive market for Speech-Language Pathologists, especially in pediatric home health. At MGA, we differentiate ourselves by offering flexibility that is practical, support that is accessible, and earning potential that reflects your caseload, experience, and availability.

Why This Role Stands Out in Denver

  • Flexible scheduling that is actually flexible: choose the days, hours, and geographic areas that fit your life.

  • One-on-one pediatric care: treat children in their natural environment and see real-life progress with families.

  • Strong earning potential: compensation is based on experience, tenure, caseload, and availability.

  • Support without micromanagement: clinical, administrative, and scheduling support help you stay focused on patient care.

  • Designed for Denver traffic and lifestyle: we work to align caseloads with your preferred service areas whenever possible.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide skilled pediatric speech-language therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings.

  • Evaluate speech, language, feeding, swallowing, communication, and developmental needs.

  • Develop individualized plans of care that support meaningful functional progress.

  • Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.

  • Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.

  • Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.
