**Job Overview:**

The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. This role requires a thorough understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Saturday

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Inspect, and maintain HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
• Perform troubleshooting and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues using technical tools and equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components and parts to restore system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of services and repairs.
• Offer recommendations for system improvements and energy efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow all industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid EPA Certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and functions.
• Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
