Rossmönster is looking for a reliable, organized Material Handler to keep materials moving efficiently throughout our facility and support our production team.


This role is responsible for incoming deliveries, inventory receiving, warehouse organization, and material movement. You’ll play an important part in making sure our production team has what it needs to keep builds moving on schedule all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized receiving area.


What You’ll Do

  • Receive incoming pallets, packages, and freight from vendors and delivery carriers.
  • Safely unload trucks using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
  • Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Receive inventory into the ERP system and update inventory counts upon receipt.
  • Label, organize, and stock incoming inventory in the appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Unpackage incoming materials and properly dispose of all packaging, cardboard, pallets, and other waste.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient receiving dock and warehouse.
  • Manage dumpsters and ensure waste and recycling are emptied and organized regularly.
  • Transport materials throughout the facility to support production as needed.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials to the Purchasing department immediately.
  • Follow all safety procedures while operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.


What You’ll Bring

  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs. throughout the workday.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory transactions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.


What Success Looks Like

  • Incoming deliveries are received, inspected, and processed accurately and promptly.
  • Inventory is entered into the ERP system immediately to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • The receiving dock, warehouse, and surrounding work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
  • Production teams receive materials quickly and efficiently to prevent delays.
  • Inventory accuracy is maintained through proper receiving and cycle-count practices.
  • Waste, packaging materials, and pallets are managed proactively to keep the facility organized.
  • Safety procedures are followed consistently while operating forklifts and handling materials.
  • You demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to improve material flow, warehouse organization, and overall efficiency.


Schedule

This is a full-time, onsite position working four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support product launches or special events.


Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $22.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).
