Job DetailsJob Location: HC1 - Longview, TX 75605Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $13.50Job Shift: AnyPosition Summary and Primary Duties Donor Support assists with donations and helps production staff with daily tasks as directed by supervisor. Tasks will vary daily as set out below in Job Duties.   Essential Duties Unload and sort materials in the donation area. Maintain accurate records of donations and issue completed donation receipts to all donors. Assist with loading and unloading merchandise and equipment as needed. Demonstrate professionalism and presents a friendly, cooperative attitude towards customers and co-workers. Ability to multi-task, make quick decisions and work in a team oriented, fast paced environment. Must be punctual and have dependable attendance. Must conduct work in a safe manner; maintain good housekeeping standards, have all aisles and pathways to fire extinguishers, and exits clear from clutter. Clean and move furniture to sales floor. Capable of using work equipment such as broom, mop, furniture dolly, etc. QualificationsPhysical Requirements/Environmental Conditions With reasonable accommodation, must have the ability to: Respond to telephones, written correspondence, and other auditory and visual stimulation. Remain calm under stress and have the emotional and physical stamina to deal with a variety of stressful situations. Frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, and walk. Frequently lift and carry items up to 40 pounds. Occasionally climb stairs or inclined surfaces. Occasionally work outside during night hours and/or inclement weather.
