What You’ll Do

Install residential & lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
Work alongside a team to complete installs on time and up to company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices
Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a great customer experience
Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)

What We’re Looking For

2+ year of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses
