What You’ll Do at Alco Air

Our HVAC Technicians are trusted advisors to homeowners — not just repair techs.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform system inspections and preventative maintenance
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Educate homeowners on system performance and efficiency
• Recommend solutions that fit customer needs and budgets
• Complete accurate documentation using company software
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

Requirements

What Our HVAC Technicians Bring

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• EPA Certification (required)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills
• Confidence presenting options and discussing pricing
