Leads the Regional Operations Center and Field Technical Support Efforts to present optimized Engineering solutions to customers. This position interacts closely with the Operations, Commercial, Sales, and Engineering Departments to maximize the value transferred to the customer through ProFrac’s services. The TA Lead coordinates with appropriate parties to develop and deploy new technologies, provides technical support, and monitors performance once operational.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Applies comprehensive management skills across areas such as process improvement, Project Management, Engineering Department Performance, Pro Frac Supplied Chemistry, New Technology, and Regional Operations Center Supervision.
- Acts as a mentor/trainer for the Engineering Department talent development
- Provides hands-on technical support for new technology development and deployment
- Conducts On-site visits to assess service quality, provide guidance, and ensure effective operation
- Partners closely with District Management, finance, sales department, and commercial Team to present an optimal ProFrac Services solution packet to existing and new customers
- Offers technical solutions to optimize equipment or processes
- Leads Continuous improvement efforts to help exceed business targets
- Engage regularly with Field Personnel and customers to offer customized solutions and maximize the overall value provided to the customer
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Six years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred in lieu of degree.
- Knowledge of mathematical and Engineering principles applicable to hydraulic fracturing and ability to apply such knowledge in performing duties.
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations utilizing scientific, geological, and operational education, training, and experience, and present advice, counsel, and recommendations to clients concerning hydraulic fracturing jobs before, during, and after the frac job is performed.
- Ability to draft technical reports to management.
- Ability to use and apply mathematics and scientific principles to fulfill job duties.
- Demonstrated ability to train field personnel in assigned districts.
- Knowledge of general confidential information policies, procedures, and regulations that govern employee and employer confidentiality and confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of general business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Knowledge of general principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies for protecting people, data, property, and institutions.
- Expert knowledge of ProFrac’s Regional Operations Centers Processes
- Extensive knowledge of ProFrac’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Technical Knowledge of ProFrac’s Equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and controllers
- Technical Knowledge of Dual Fuel Systems and Electric Fleets
- Familiar with ProFrac’s supporting services/companies
- Combines Technical Knowledge, Problem-Solving, and Critical thinking to provide optimal solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.
- Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
- Ability to lift up to 15 poundsÂ
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol
