Overview
The Site Manager will oversee operations of BroadPath’s Hive member acquisition program. This position is responsible for leading all site functions. The Site Manager ensures operational excellence, compliance, and employee engagement while managing budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed internal and client KPI requirements and achieve best-in-class service delivery
  • Manage all local resources and functions including talent acquisition, licensing, training, and employee engagement
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment
  • Manage and track operational and facility budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with facility maintenance and vendor management including networking and equipment

  • Experience in operations management within a Medicare Advantage member acquisition or retention environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with emphasis on mentorship and professional development
