QualificationsWhat We Are Looking for: • Physical Endurance: Able to perform heavy physical labor in hot, humid, and noisy environments • Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive attitude • Attention to Detail: Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately • Basic Skills: Solid math, reading, and writing abilities • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating or day shifts   This is a safety-sensitive position.   Required: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Preferred: Previous experience in industrial production experience Familiarity with mobile equipment and mechanical aptitude   Compensation: NORPAC encourages professional development/tenure and rewards its employees based on time and performance. Starting pay is $24.71/hour, including a premium.
