Summary

We are seeking a Case Developer to join our team. As a Case Developer, you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload and take pride in what you do. The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic.

Case Development is an entry level position starting at $17.50 an hour + bonus opportunity

Responsibilities

  • File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines
  • Assist clients with questions they have regarding their paperwork and answer any other questions they may have regarding the process
  • Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) relating to your client’s claim
  • Review files for potential issues that could affect the clients claim
  • Review and Prepare RFH (request for hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
  • Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required
  • Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
  • Maintain organized case files
  • Daily interaction with existing and potential clients, both via telephone and email 
  • Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business

Qualification

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm 
  • Ability to be a team player and follow procedures
  • Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast-paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
  • Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
  • This position is not eligible for remote or hybrid work
