Welder/Fabricator – Warehouse Lead

Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Welder/Fabricator – Warehouse Lead to join our team. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations within a metal fabrication facility, fabricates metal, and assists in managing warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components.
• Oversee daily fabrication operations, including production scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and OSHA safety standards.
• Manage maintenance schedules for all machinery, equipment, and tooling.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational throughput and product quality.
• Support leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of operations or production management experience, preferably within manufacturing or metal fabrication.
• Proven track record in optimizing production efficiency, cost control, and workflow management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Proficiency with production management systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Deep understanding of fabrication processes, quality control standards, and supply chain logistics.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certification is a plus.

This position is based out of Longwood, FL.
