About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, documenting changes appropriately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Conduct routine assessments and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements:
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
