Job Details:
- Financial Reporting: Compile financial and statistical data while meeting deadlines.
- Payroll Accounting: Provide support for all payroll duties within the facility
- Manufacturing Accounting: Learn multiple aspects of manufacturing accounting, such as product costing.
- Data Gathering: Gather production and financial information to prepare daily and weekly results.
- Inventory Support: Provide support to the physical inventory processes and assist in conducting self-audit procedures.
- Assist with weekly and monthly financial close and related analysis
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Controller.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of manufacturing payroll experience required
- Requires intermediate computer skills, including the full suite of Microsoft Office products, especially advanced Excel techniques.
- Experience with SAP and a computer-based inventory warehouse management system is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Ability to be resourceful, demonstrate business acumen, creative thinking skills, and be able to act as a decision maker.
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel and payroll information.
- Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must not have 4 or more attendance points for locations on an 8-point policy (on application date)
- No written warning in the past six (6) months.
- No suspension on record for the last 12 months.
