Through our 12-nursing home, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including; long-term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short-term post-acute rehabilitation. Qualifications: High School diploma and 2 plus years of experience in a patient activities program in a health care setting; OR has college degree in or actively working toward a degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Nursing Home Administration, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Occupational Therapy Assistant with a valid driver’s license.   Essential Job Functions: Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner. Assist in transporting residents to and from activities. Assist with planning and leadership of recreation programs. Promote facility programs to residents, staff, family and volunteers.
