Dream Bath of Northeast Ohio is looking for a Call Center Representative for our Elyria, OH market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. General Purpose

Customer service skills are a must. Contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and answer inbound calls from advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted pitch to homeowners
  • Adjust scripted pitch to meet the needs of specific homeowners
  • Handle homeowner questions and objections
  • Obtain homeowner information including names, addresses, and phone numbers
  • Schedule appointments over the telephone
  • Input appointment details into the computer system
  • Record homeowner information and key conversation details
  • Confirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representatives
  • Schedule appointments for reps to meet prospective homeowners
  • Conduct quality control phone calls
  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to advertisements
  • Follow up with homeowners after initial interaction
  • Update lead information and maintain accurate reports

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills (required)
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred
  • Product knowledge (training provided)
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications
