As we expand our reach and impact, we are looking for a skilled and strategic minded Chief Financial Officer to steward organizational financial health, advance fiscal performance, and ensure long-term sustainability in an ever-changing healthcare environment.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the President and CEO, the CFO provides executive oversight for accounting, budgeting, revenue cycle, payer contracting, financial planning, grants administration, as well as financial compliance and risk management. The ideal leader has strong communication skills and brings a data‑driven mindset with the ability to balance short‑term financial execution with long‑range strategic planning.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and the Board on long‑term planning
  • Support grant budgeting and reporting
  • Evaluate and oversee financial procedures and programs, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
  • Drive revenue improvements and cost-management strategies
  • Build, support, and mentor a high‑performing finance team
  • Play an active role in quality improvement and strategic decision‑making, supporting organizational growth


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
  • 5–10+ years of progressive finance leadership, preferably in healthcare and/or nonprofit setting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial complexity and organizational growth
  • Proven command of accounting systems, cost reporting, payor revenue cycle, and forecasting
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with support for organizational quality improvement and strategic initiative alignment
