Plumber

Essential Functions:

• Ability to troubleshoot, install and repair commercial plumbing systems. Employer provides tools.
• Ability to operate hand tools and other machinery such as drain snakes, pipe threaders, sewer cameras, man lifts etc.
• Applicants will be expected to be on call once a month
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must.
• Plumbing licenses are a plus.
• General and Hydro Excavation along with other services including sewer cleaning and backflow devices, water heaters, sump pump and Pump spray monitoring system certified installer, video pipe inspection and high-pressure jetting.

Requirements: Candidate must be able to:

• Follow verbal and written direction
• Read written work orders
• Physically perform the basic operational functions of climbing, bending, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions (8+ hours)
• Must be able to lift items/products up to a minimum of 100lbs
• Have flexibility to work Saturdays/Overtime (peak season)
• Have good attendance
• Have a positive attitude
• Work in various temperatures based on the season

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 yrs. old
• 2 years of Commercial Plumbing experience
• Able to work at a fast pace, with long periods of standing and bending or sitting
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
