Facilities Support (Nights)

M&M Industries is a U.S.-based manufacturer of plastic pails and packaging solutions. We operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, cleanliness, and organization are essential to keeping operations running efficiently.

Facilities Support performs custodial duties that help maintain a clean, safe working environment and overall facility conditions. This role supports production by ensuring work areas, offices, and common spaces remain clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Schedule: 11PM-7AM, Nights, Monday-Fri

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S principles
• Clean building interior including floors, carpets, rugs, and other surfaces
• Clean and maintain offices, break rooms, and restrooms
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Clean assigned machines and work areas of dust, debris, and grease
• Perform pest control tasks as needed
• Operate and perform minor maintenance on floor scrubber equipment
• Stock and maintain required cleaning supplies
• Maintain safety railings and walkways around the facility
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to use cleaning supplies and custodial equipment
• Highly organized
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Experience

• None required
• Less than one (1) year of custodial experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift over 40 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time as well as bend or stoop to perform work
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include hot or cold conditions
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times (safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)
