• Arrives on time and works efficiently
• Has a good sense of urgency while paying attention to detail
• Heavy lifting up to 60 lbs
• Use of small power tools such as hand grinders and drills

• Cleans all tools to keep them in good working order
• Has the stamina to complete a full workday for job completion

• Experience with concrete or drywall is a plus but not required
