Help Keep Our Business Organized, Our Teams Supported, and Our Customers Served.
SERVPRO of Bear, New Castle, and Upper Darby is seeking an experienced, highly organized professional to join our team as an Operations Coordinator.

You'll work closely with our leadership team while supporting multiple departments, coordinating projects, solving problems, and helping ensure our office and operations run efficiently.
If you're someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates well, enjoys learning new things, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing company, we'd love to meet you.
Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments and plays an important role in keeping our business running efficiently.
No two days are exactly alike. One day you may assist with scheduling and dispatch, while the next you may help coordinate projects, prepare reports, support accounting, organize documentation, assist with customer communication, or work alongside leadership on special initiatives.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on to help keep everything organized.

- Perform a variety of administrative, operational, and project coordination responsibilities that contribute to the success of the organization.
- Step in to assist teammates whenever needed and help create an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Three or more years of experience in administrative support, office management, executive assistance, operations coordination, project coordination, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
