United Air Temp, the most significant residential heating, cooling, and plumbing provider in the United States, seeks a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and have their HVAC and plumbing systems maintained and serviced regularly. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will be vital in managing customer relationships and scheduling appointments.
Starting at $18-$20/hr + Bonuses

Job Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls primarily from the COD/Marketing queue.
- Assist with calls in other queues as needed.
- Will respond to all requests for services, repair calls, and Podium inquiries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Solve scheduling conflicts between customers and technicians
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service or sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in an office environment full-time
