Job DetailsJob Location: Arrowhead Products - Los Alamitos, CA 90720Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $24.39 - $24.39 HourlyJob Shift: 1st Shift Job Summary: This position will assist in the successful fabrication of Arrowhead Products forming operations. This consists of the Parts Deburr and Press Operator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Will remove burrs from metal parts by using tools such as power disc sander, rotary files, manual hand files, automatic tumbler machines, hand knives and any other necessary power equipment or deburring tools. Will operate, and knock down various types and sizes of punch press and draw press machines. Will maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly, FOD-free fashion and adhere to all Safety standards. This job description is not all inclusive of all duties. Responsible for assisting the department in the development of techniques to increase productivity, quality, and throughput of products and to share job knowledge in the department. . Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; previous manufacturing experience may be substituted for education requirement. Good written and verbal communication skills. Walk on uneven ground. Be exposed to excessive noise, dust, gases, fumes, and chemicals commonly associated with manufacturing processes (e.g., paint, solvents, coatings, and fiberglass). Be exposed to extremes in temperature, humidity, or wetness, particularly on the manufacturing floor. Protective Equipment: Use special visual or auditory protective equipment as required. Use safety glasses and wear safety shoes as required.
