Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator provides high-level operational support to executive leadership and technical staff within the Tech2 Solutions Water Program. This role ensures the smooth functioning of day-to-day program activities by supporting project deliverable preparation and submittals, managing vehicle fleet logistics, and assisting with key program management office functions. The position also supports functional areas such as finance, purchasing, and human resources through data management, reporting, and process coordination. This position plays a vital role in designing and improving office workflows, generating a variety of documentation using specialized software, and collaborating with staff to meet program objectives. Adherence to all health and safety policies is essential, along with flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Ā  Ā Support executive leadership with day-to-day management of the Tech2 Solutions Water Program.
• Ā  Ā Support technical staff with the preparation, reproduction, and submittal of project reports and other deliverables.
• Ā  Ā Administer T2S vehicle fleet by coordinating with vehicle custodians and maintaining vehicle logs.
• Ā  Ā Administer shipping and receiving of various equipment and materials required to perform work, including coordinating with requestors and buyers.
• Ā  Ā Perform various activities in support of accounting, procurement, human resources, or other support areas.
• Ā  Ā Compile and generate reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations.
• Ā  Ā Design processes to enhance workflow.
• Ā  Ā Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ā  Ā Other duties as assigned.

• Ā  Ā Compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and DOE orders.Ā 
• Ā  Ā A pre-employment drug screen in compliance with federal regulations is required, along with a physical if needed.
• Ā  Ā Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
• Ā  Ā U.S. Citizenship required.

Education and Experience:
• Ā  Ā Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent may be accepted.
• Ā  Ā A combination of education and relevant experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties and responsibilities may be accepted.
• Ā  Ā Career level determined by years of relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
