specialist to help families with pre-need planning and at-need cemetery arrangements. In this role, you will walk alongside families during life’s most sensitive moments, providing guidance, support, and reassurance while honoring their values and wishes.

Qualifications

Strong ties to the Diocese of San Jose - Parish and community
Prospecting experience a must
Valid Driver’s License a must
Reliable transportation to work at both locations - Calvary & Gate of Heaven
2-4 years performance-based sales
Interest in working in a Catholic environment, all backgrounds welcome to apply
Passion for people
Supreme organizational skills
Willingness to put in the work
