Your Role:
Treasure AI is seeking an exceptional Executive Partner to serve as the operational anchor to the CPO and the Office of the CPO. • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of product activations and executive events across the fiscal year, translating high-level direction into fully realized programs with minimal oversight

  • Build and maintain the CPO's forward-looking calendar strategy, aligning with cross-functional stakeholders while preserving flexibility for emerging priorities

  • Coordinate the marketing event calendar to ensure proper staffing and cross-team alignment

  • Partner with Finance to manage budget tracking and reconciliation for the Office of the CPO, surfacing recommendations to optimize spend across upcoming programs

  • Shape agendas and content for leadership and GTM meetings, applying product fluency to frame narratives rather than simply compiling materials

  • Align cross-functional and customer-facing stakeholders ahead of key meetings and events, ensuring the right decision-makers are engaged on both sides

  • Drive follow-through on commitments from leadership meetings, partnering directly with stakeholders to ensure accountability

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for board members, investors, and VIP guests engaging with the Office of the CPO

  • Leverage AI tools to streamline briefing prep, budget tracking, and event logistics

  • Oversee core calendar, travel, and expense administration in support of the above

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of executive administrative support or business operations experience, supporting C-suite executives in a high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology company

  • Experience partnering with Finance on budget management, reconciliation, and cost optimization for programs or events

  • Working technical and product fluency, with the ability to translate business context into compelling narratives and materials

  • Track record of independently owning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs or events from concept through execution

  • Comfort using AI tools to augment planning, budgeting, and logistics work

  • Superb relational skills and emotional intelligence; ability to interface professionally with board members, high-value clients, and company leaders

  • High organization and execution; operates with extreme foresight, predicting administrative needs before they arise

  • Absolute discretion and integrity; proven capability to manage highly confidential corporate, legal, and personnel matters
