The Role
As aĀ SeniorĀ SAPĀ FinanceĀ Analyst,Ā this roleĀ willĀ support theĀ design,Ā configuration,Ā implementationĀ andĀ ongoing optimization of finance solutionsĀ within the FI/COĀ moduleĀ of our SAP S/4 HANA Public CloudĀ environment, including data migration.Ā This roleĀ will partner closely with our Finance and Accounting business team.Ā This roleĀ will collaborate with the businessĀ onĀ functional and technical requirements,Ā testingĀ andĀ mentorship for SAP Finance processes.Ā Ā
Key Responsibilities:Ā
Analyze and document business requirements for finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial CloseĀ Ā
Configure and support SAP S/4Ā HANA Public Cloud finance modules in alignment with best practices and system capabilitiesĀ Ā
Perform Data Migration tasks, including field mapping, dataĀ cleansingĀ and validationĀ
Collaborate with business users toĀ identifyĀ process improvements and automation opportunitiesĀ Ā
Support end-to-end implementation activities, including fit-to-standard workshops, testing, data migration, and go-live supportĀ Ā
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutionsĀ Ā
AssistĀ in integration efforts with other SAP modules (e.g., Procurement, Sales) and third-party systemsĀ Ā
Develop andĀ maintainĀ functional documentation, training materials, and user guidesĀ Ā
Support periodic financial close processes and ensure system readinessĀ Ā
Collaborate with and mentor Finance/Accounting business partnersĀ and fellow team membersĀ with SAP ProcessesĀ
Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud releases and assess impacts to existing configurationsĀ
Qualifications:Ā
Bachelorās degree inĀ Finance, Accounting, InformationĀ SystemsĀ or related field. Masterās degree or relevant certification is a plusĀ
5+ years ofĀ experience working with SAP Finance modules (FI/CO), preferablyĀ at least 1+ yearĀ in SAP S/4 HANA Public CloudĀ
Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud Implementations a plusĀ
Understanding of VAT and Tax principles and processes within SAPĀ a plusĀ
Strong understanding of core finance processes:Ā
General LedgerĀ
Accounts PayableĀ
Accounts ReceivableĀ
Asset AccountingĀ
Projects/WBS ElementsĀ
Financial CloseĀ
Strong understandingĀ ofĀ SAP Finance processesĀ withĀ familiarity with SAP Public Cloud processesĀ
Understanding ofĀ Bank Statement processingĀ
Understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standardsĀ
Exposure to SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)Ā
Familiarity with SAP Fiori Apps and user experienceĀ
Comfortable with Agile/Scrum/Kanban project management methodologies.Ā
Experience in Finance and Accounting departments a plusĀ
Experience with MBC,Ā DRCĀ orĀ MRM a plusĀ
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ā
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ā
Location
This role is based in our Los Angeles office.

Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $132,000 - $155,000 in Los Angeles. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
