Now Hiring: Full-Time Bookkeeper (In-Office Position)

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
Must have experience using QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Experience with payroll is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing.
Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Assist with payroll and other accounting duties as needed.
