Overnight Client Service Representative

Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
 

We are looking for motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Client Service Representative. If you are goal-oriented, take initiative, show up on time, and are eager to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.
 

At VCA Animal Hospitals, our mission is simple: your pet’s health is our top priority, and excellent service is our goal. Our Client Service Representatives play a key role in making every visit positive and stress-free for both pets and their owners.
 

What You’ll Do
 

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will:

  • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally

  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

  • Guide clients and pets to exam rooms

  • Follow up with clients and reach out to new or prospective clients

  • Explain treatment plans, invoices, and payment options clearly

  • Help clients with prescriptions and enrolling in our online pharmacy services

  • Answer general pet care questions (non-medical topics like flea prevention, house training, etc.)

  • Keep medical records organized and up to date

  • Help keep the hospital clean, safe, and welcoming (inside and outside)
