Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Summary
Seeking a skilled CNC Operator to support our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision metal components while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience reading blueprints, and the ability to work with precision measuring tools in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate CNC mills to machine precision metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications in both metric and standard
measurements.
• Run and verify part programs, adjusting as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Use machinist tools and precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts.
• Apply knowledge of machine shop practices, materials, and shop mathematics.
• Perform routine machine checks and inspections to ensure proper operation.
• Work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production goals and
continuous improvement.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Basic knowledge of shop mathematics and machining principles.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.

Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30pm or 2nd shift 3:15pm-11:45pm
Salary Expectations: $21-$23per hour. DOE
