The Greenridge Group is a prime contractor and consulting firm specializing in Project and Construction Management for major public-sector agencies.

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Inspector to support large-scale airport and public infrastructure projects with LAWA. In this role, you’ll be part of the Quality Assurance & Construction Inspection team, ensuring work meets project specs, safety standards, and building codes across active terminal and tenant improvement projects.

Work Schedule: Day, swing, or night shifts depending on project needs

Salary Range: $140K-$155K/Year - Dependent on Candidate's Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections across building and terminal construction projects
  • Review plans, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA requirements, and project specifications
  • Document daily activities, track progress, and report issues or deficiencies
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams
  • Support progress tracking, quantity verification, and payment validation
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction inspection experience (building projects required)
  • Strong understanding of LA City Building Code and ADA requirements
  • Experience inspecting large-scale public or airport projects is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Physically able to walk long distances, climb, and access active construction areas
Certifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • CAL OSHA 30
  • Fall Protection / Confined Space Awareness
  • NFPA 70E (for electrical-related work)
  • ICC Certification or Deputy Inspector License (preferred, not required)
