• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 20 - 25 patients per day
• Community Health Center
• CA License Required
• Support staff includes 1 NP, 1 RN, 1 MA on site
• Strong care team support with Site Administrator and Medical Director
• Pain management and chronic pain patients
• EMR: Epic
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
