The Assistant Manager supports daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service, efficient team performance, and compliance with airport and company standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily front and back of house operations in a fast-paced airport environment

  • Supervise team members, delegate tasks, and provide coaching to maintain service standards

  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management

  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and airport regulatory compliance requirements are met

  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly

  • Support inventory control, ordering, and cash handling procedures

  • Partner with management to drive team accountability and a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
