Provide administrative support for Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) with the ability to understand and anticipate challenges facing leadership executives and be able to manage/reschedule priorities effectively and proactively. Responsible for working as a contributing member of the HR team within the operating framework necessary to successfully implement the directives. Coordinate activities as directed.  Education:

  •  BA/BS degree is required with a minimum of (5) five years executive level support Experience preferably in the health care field.

Experience:

  • Ability to adapt in a fast past environment and be able to work responsively under pressure.
  • Have a great attitude and be team player.
  • Ability to learn quickly, to respond/react quickly to changing priorities and to be dedicated to completion of required tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, to meet deadlines and to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and visionary skills necessary to grow a company are of major importance.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests based on own judgment of importance/need to the department.
  • Recent experience working with C level executives.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive administrative support, including the management and coordination of projects, with detailed accuracy, acute sensitivity for the importance of time urgency, exceptional anticipation skills and an enviable personal touch. Demonstrate consistent follow-up to ensure task completion. Consistently operate with a sense of urgency while not losing sight of the details. Key competency: Precise techniques.
  • Successfully manage independent projects to fruition on an as-needed basis.
  • Work quickly and efficiently; remain flexible to shifting of priorities.
  • Works independently, proactively, and uses sound judgement skills daily.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare meeting logistics, coordinate preparation and distribution of materials, maintain calendar, and assign tasks, etc.
  • Compose correspondence for CHRO signature.
  • Prepare appropriate written responses to incoming correspondence.
  • Provide leadership for as necessary for office personnel.
  • Edit and finalize agenda items for departmental meetings.
  • Assist with preparing the annual budget for HR Department.
  • Serve as liaison between CHRO and outside entities.
  • Research and provide recommendations on special projects/assignments.
  • Maintain accurate filing system for HR 
  • Proofread complex HR documents; establish and maintain complex filing system; perform research; compile information, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information requiring a high level of discretion; analyze problems and suggest solutions. 
  • Orders supplies and submit requisitions for HR. 
  • Provide assistance to staff from other departments regarding HR responsibilities.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Maintain composure during demanding circumstances.
  • Knowledge of operational processes, procedures and policies.
  • Ability to learn, retain and use specific operational guidelines.
  • Travel between sites may be requires. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
