The Role and What You’ll Do:Â
Â
Oversee the day-to-day partnership marketing & activation programming with the client’s cross-functional teams (partnerships, brands, media, PR, social, etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with client’s sports & entertainment partnership marketing platformsÂ
Develop and implement partnership strategy and activation; evaluate additional sponsorship opportunities and support contract negotiations as appropriateÂ
Spearhead research and analytics efforts across client deliverablesÂ
Provide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at largeÂ
Liaise with wider global account team providing connectivity across all workstreamsÂ
Lead and mentor direct reportsÂ
You Have These:Â
A minimum of 8-10 years of agency, brand or client-based partnership account management experienceÂ
Prior experience in managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or  brandÂ
Prior experience managing a team/individualsÂ
Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendorsÂ
Experience working with the NFL & Entertainment Arenas required.Â
Experience working in hospitality preferred.Â
Prior experience with sponsorship contract negotiationsÂ
Understanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logisticsÂ
Proven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive resultsÂ
Strong ability to manage multiple projects across large cross-functional teams independently and diligently while delivering pre-defined goalsÂ
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client/account management experience required  Â
Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groupsÂ
Excellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skillsÂ
Enthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approachÂ
Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the timeÂ
Proficient in MS Office SuiteÂ
Prior experience in the NBA/WNBA space is a plusÂ
Based in the Los Angeles area, with the ability to work from the 160over90 LA office.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$110,625 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
