What you'll do:


As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own and grow a strategic book of
business focusing on deepening client partnerships and driving revenue expansion
across existing accounts. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through a
combination of first-class account management and proactive selling of our full-
stack, end-to-end technology solutions. Nexxen’s platform, consisting of an
integrated DSP, DMP and SSP, delivers global reach with across 1 BILLION unique
profiles, that is accessible across all channels and devices, supported by advanced
measurement capabilities. In this role, you will drive sales performance, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and build long-term, trusted relationships with agency and brand direct partners by delivering superior sales execution and client service expertise.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to
be doing are:

  • Own and execute strategic account growth plans, driving increased platform
    adoption, retention, and revenue expansion within existing agency and
    brand partnerships

  • Develop and deepen senior-level relationships with key agencies and brand
    stakeholders to strengthen long-term partnerships and uncover new
    opportunities within existing accounts

  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives
    and identifying ways Nexxen’s solutions can deliver measurable outcomes
    and incremental value

  • Partner cross-functionally with Trading, Client Services, and Account
    Management teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure clients
    achieve their business objectives

  • Manage account forecasting, revenue planning, and growth tracking across
    your portfolio of clients

  • Lead strategic account planning, renewals, and commercial discussions,
    coordinating internal and client stakeholders to drive long-term partnership
    success

  • Own and grow a portfolio of established agency and brand partnerships,
    with a primary focus on expanding platform adoption and increasing
    revenue across existing client relationships.


What will I bring?

  • 4+ years of experience in AdTech account management or sales, ideally at a DSP,
    partnering with brands and media agencies to drive long-term client success

  • Demonstrated success expanding revenue and platform adoption within existing
    client relationships

  • Proven consultative approach to solution-based selling, aligning tailored platform
    capabilities and data solutions to client business objectives (this is not a
    transactional media sales role)

  • Deep understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, ad
    exchanges, and ad servers, as well as key MarTech integrations such as CDPs and
    CRM systems

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, strategic planning sessions, and industry
    events as needed

  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly autonomous, account-focused role,
    managing a portfolio of strategic client relationships

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to build
    trusted relationships with senior and C-level client stakeholders

  • Highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner cross-functionally in a
    fast-paced environment while maintaining strong operational rigor and client focus

Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 3 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $140,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
