AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

This is a post-sales, customer-facing role at an early-stage startup building AI-driven solutions for the legal services industry. You'll be the bridge between signed clients and a live, production-grade AI implementation — deeply understanding customer workflows and translating them into working solutions alongside an applied AI engineering team. Getting this right has a direct impact on client outcomes and company growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the full post-sales customer journey from contract signature through live production deployment.

• Sit down with clients to understand their standard operating procedures, existing workflows, and customer experience goals.

• Map out the target AI-driven experience and translate complex business logic into clear implementation documentation and specs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise and mid-market clients throughout implementation and beyond.

• Collaborate closely with an applied AI engineering team to deliver on client requirements accurately and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation roles.

• Proven track record of owning complex, end-to-end enterprise implementations in a post-sales capacity.

• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents.

• Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g. AI-assisted coding environments).

• Background in contact center software, conversational AI, or call center platforms is a strong plus.

• Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is an asset.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

• Based in Canada (Toronto preferred) or the United States.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

This role is fully remote. The primary location anchor is Los Angeles, CA, with candidates also welcome across the US and Canada (Toronto strongly preferred for Canadian-based applicants).
